WINTER JAM '06: RECORD BREAKING TOUR SETS NEW ATTENDANCE GOLD STANDARD

ONE DAY RECORD IN GREENSBORO, NC WITH 15,000 PLUS CONCERT GOERS

(Nashville, Tennessee) -March 1, 2006 -- WINTER JAM '06 has heated to a new all-time attendance high, in this its' 10th anniversary year, already breaking its' own records and setting a new one day benchmark for attendance. The Winter Jam Tour is writing new history with the presentation of this year's event.

The one day record was set this past weekend on the tour's February 25th stop in Greensboro North Carolina where 15,280 concert goers at Greensboro Coliseum witnessed this year's all-star packaging of WINTER JAM which includes Newsboys, tobyMac, NewSong, ZOEgirl, Hawk Nelson, and Krystal Myers, as well as author/speaker David Nassar, and motocycle thrill event, "Sphere Of Fear."

Greensboro's weekend attendance added substantially to a record setting paid attendance of more than 157,000 concert goers who have to date attended this year's event-already breaking last year's record by more than 36,000 attendees with the March 19th wrap of WINTER JAM still several weeks away. This year's presentation has remained true to the Jam's history of a $10.00 door charge, with no advance tickets required.

Noted Roy Morgan of the Premier Group: "We're extremely thrilled with the success of WINTER JAM this year-proving again that when you provide quality Christian entertainment at an affordable ticket scale, the audiences will fill major venues at a volume usually considered reserved for mainstream productions." Morgan is quick to add that this is an event with a difference. "Our goal with WINTER JAM has remained consistent over the ten years of its' history. It's a tour that we hope will not only entertain-but more importantly--will change lives."

As in past year's WINTER JAM has been under -girded by a network of strong partnerships at Christian radio. Comments by Tom Cody of AIR 1-KLOVE Networks in speaking of the staging of the concert are typical of those heard repeatedly around the country: "It was a wonderful spiritual experience and the number of decisions made just added to the blessings of the night. The ministry and the ministry of music was powerful. Friends, families, donors, winners and guests are still calling and e-mailing with great things to say about WINTER JAM and they are giving great praise to God for such a powerful night."

Final definitive attendance figures for this year's record breaking Jam are still to be set as 11 concerts in some of the tour's largest venues are still to come before the WINTER JAM '06 ends its' 31 city run in Little Rock, Arkansas on March 19th.
